Our production line is specially designed for the manufacturing of high-performance organophilic bentonite, ensuring stable quality, precise modification, and efficient large-scale processing from raw ore to finished product.

The process begins with raw bentonite purification, crushing, and controlled drying to remove impurities and optimize moisture content. The material is then finely ground to achieve uniform particle size for consistent downstream modification.

Next, the bentonite undergoes sodium/lithium activation followed by quaternary ammonium treatment, enabling excellent swelling, dispersion, and rheological performance in organic systems. The modified material is carefully aged, blended, and homogenized to ensure stable chemical properties and batch-to-batch consistency.

Finally, the product is dried, micronized, sieved, and automatically packaged under strict quality control standards.
