Organic bentonite, also known as organophilic bentonite or organobentonite, is a functional rheology modifier used in a variety of non-aqueous systems. Its performance depends not only on the raw materials, but also on the manufacturing process and quality control behind the finished product.

Careful Packaging for Transportation

After production and quality inspection, the finished organic bentonite is properly packed for storage and transportation.

Our standard packaging is:

25 ± 0.25 kg per bag
Double-layer bags with outer kraft paper + inner polyethylene
Valve bags available
Custom packaging available upon request

The appropriate packaging helps protect the powder during handling and transportation while providing convenient options for different customer requirements.

For storage, we recommend keeping the product in dry conditions at 0–30°C. The standard shelf life is 24 months when stored under recommended conditions.

From Production Line to Shipment

Loading is the final visible step before the product leaves the factory, but it reflects the work completed throughout the entire production process.

On a busy production day, bags of finished organic bentonite are prepared, checked, loaded, and dispatched according to the planned delivery schedule. Whether the shipment is for domestic transportation or prepared for further international logistics, efficient loading and careful handling remain important parts of our service.

The truck shown in our production photos may be a regular domestic delivery vehicle, but the principle is the same: produce consistently, pack properly, handle carefully, and deliver reliably.
