Manufacturing Process of Our Organoclay

At Startriumph, we manufacture organic modified bentonite through a fully integrated in-house process, starting from selected raw bentonite ore to final micronized powder.

The production includes fine grinding, sodium/lithium activation, hydrocyclone purification, and quaternary ammonium organic treatment to ensure excellent swelling capacity, high purity, and superior rheological performance.

Our filter pressing, controlled drying, and final micronizing systems guarantee:
